Q: support updates
hey guys
i did send a ticket into support asking about something specific but never heard back
this worries me, also do you have or are you thinking of having a chat on the site¿

I don't see any pending support ticket from a Richard or RichardButler.
Since you're the second person saying this, I'm a bit concerned if our system is dropping some tickets. Can you email arjun@zync.ai so I can see if we really missed it.
We have been responding to questions / tickets within the hour and some times even within minutes. We have answered over 250 questions in the last few days.
Even if we're not able to resolve the issue we respond really quickly giving you an update on when we can resolve it by.
