Love the script writing, however...
I can not record it on my phone. I'm also not getting the option to download the app to the studio on my phone. I'm very frustrated by this. I'm out of sync when I record on my computer, which isn't good either. And if you don't like how the video turned out, you can't re-record it. I think, at this point, I'm more frustrated than pleased.

Since you wrote this we have addressed both these concerns.

2. We also shipped a "preview video" feature on the web where you can go to recorded segments and preview the video. And re-record if it doesn't meet your expectations.
