We're back and this time we've come with a lot more firepower.

When we launched on AppSumo the first time, we were a scrappy early team figuring things out. Today we have 20+ people, we're operationally breakeven, and we're serving 1000+ agencies across 64 countries. That's not nothing. And a big chunk of that happened because of you.

Service Catalog V2 was a complete rebuild from the ground up. Real-time preview, auto-save, pricing control, package icons, purchase limits, and the ability to reorder everything. It's the foundation of your agency storefront, and it now works like one. (See what's new)

Proposal V2 completely redesigned the proposal workflow. It now walks through Service Selection, Packages, Add-ons, Items, Taxes, and Multiple Signatures in one clean flow. Up to 5 signatories, IP and timestamp tracking, automatic reminders, and a secure public link.

Notification and Email Preferences let you and your team control exactly what you get notified about and how. No more noise.

Custom Fields let you add your own fields during lead and client creation, view and edit them from profiles, and toggle them active or inactive.

Tickets to Tasks converts support tickets directly into tasks with one click. No more copy pasting between modules.

Stripe 3DS Secure makes payments more secure and compliant for international clients.

Service Redirection lets you customize exactly where clients land after a purchase. Confirmation pages, custom content, or next step instructions. Your post-purchase experience is fully in your control.

The Client Activity Log provides full visibility into key actions and updates for each client directly from the Client module.

Multiple Users Per Business was one of the most requested features from agencies with larger clients. A client's business can now have multiple team members under a single account.

Invoice Without Order ID removes the rigid requirement to create a service and order before generating an invoice. Bill whenever, for whatever.

Credit-based billing lets clients purchase credits upfront and draw them down to buy services. Perfect for retainer setups and prepaid packages.

Public Form Automation connects your public forms directly to your CRM. Someone fills out a Lead form, and a lead gets created. A Client form is created.

What's Coming Next

This is Rashik Hoque with Agency Handy!

As a first-time SaaS founder, we started Onethread, a project management tool. After talking to 100s of agencies in this journey, I recognized digital agencies' challenges in managing clients, teams, and invoices efficiently. Project management on the other hand solved only a particular issue. This insight led to the creation of Agency Handy—a comprehensive client portal software designed to streamline agency operations.

We are a team of SaaS founders, agency owners, and backed up by a company that specializes in digital services and products. The founding team combined has 30+ years of experience in the SaaS and service industry.

We envision a world where small to mid-sized agencies will only ever need one platform to manage their whole operation. Although we started as a client portal software we are now moving towards a complete agency management solution.
