Q: Are you the owner of StoryPal.io the social media video storytelling that was discontinuted for all buyers?

I am afraid if you going to continue with VidPowr and do what you've did to Storypal.io and left all LTd byers behind without saying one word "sorry" or refund or give them other free access for VidPowr since I am one of those LTD owners who bought all upgrades with white label 4 years ago from what is called JVZOO.

A: Yes, I was the co-owner of StoryPal. We supported the app for over 5 years, but unfortunately, it relied heavily on Google AMP to function. As Google and major platforms like Twitter (now X) started phasing out AMP in 2021 and Google retired the ranking systems that made AMP relevant, we had to make the tough decision to discontinue StoryPal.

We did everything we could to support the product, but with Google no longer backing AMP, it was no longer feasible to continue its development. We emailed all users in 2022 to inform them of the discontinuation.

As for VidPowr, we’ve built it differently and have no plans of discontinuing it. Our focus is on long-term sustainability, and we’re committed to ensuring it continues to grow and evolve.

What if the technology that VidPowr is relying heavily on today may also get discontinued in the near future? Technology is changing faster today, and ever faster day by day. Will you then also close the company, maybe send some message, without providing any REAL courteous gestures like free access/ discount/ upgrade for your other products, just like you did in the past with StoryPal?

When Google and other major platforms retired AMP support, the very foundation of StoryPal was removed, which unfortunately made it impossible to continue development.

With VidPowr, we’ve taken a completely different approach. It’s built on independent, widely adopted, and future-proof technologies that do not depend on a single third-party framework. This gives us much more control and stability
