📝 File Feedback v2 + Website Feedback
We’ve supercharged our feedback tools. You can now collect visual feedback directly on websites, in addition to the files you already collaborate on. It's smoother, faster, and designed for real-time agency-client collaboration.

🎛️ Sidebar Renaming
You asked, we delivered — you can now rename sidebar menu items to match your agency’s internal terminology. This renaming flows through tooltips, buttons, notifications, and emails for a seamless branded experience.

📨 Fully Overhauled Custom Email & SMTP Flow
Our entire custom email experience has been rebuilt from the ground up — better SMTP setup, more reliable template handling, and improved delivery across the board.

We’ve been working closely with your feedback from our last campaign, and over the past couple of months we’ve rolled out a wave of updates focused on clarity, smoother workflows, and polishing the rough edges. Whether it was confusing flows, missing features, or usability challenges — we heard you loud and clear. Here’s everything we’ve improved, fixed, and what's on the way:

• Access Control + Sidebar V2: Show/hide features by user role for a cleaner workspace.

This is Rashik Hoque with Agency Handy!

As a first-time SaaS founder, we started Onethread, a project management tool. After talking to 100s of agencies in this journey, I recognized digital agencies' challenges in managing clients, teams, and invoices efficiently. Project management on the other hand solved only a particular issue. This insight led to the creation of Agency Handy—a comprehensive client portal software designed to streamline agency operations.

We are a team of SaaS founders, agency owners, and backed up by a company that specializes in digital services and products. The founding team combined has 30+ years of experience in the SaaS and service industry.

Why Agency Handy?

We envision a world where small to mid-sized agencies will only ever need one platform to manage their whole operation. Although we started as a client portal software we are now moving towards a complete agency management solution.

What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?

I started another product, Onethread which is more of an enterprise-based project management software. We have worked with some of the biggest local enterprises. We have also made multiple micro saas and have had successful exits too.

Two of our partners have successful agency operation where they have 50+ people teams working on design, marketing and video production.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

I tried to sell project management software to digital agencies and realized I was solving a small portion of their regular pain point. Also figured that a comprehensive PM software was sometimes an overkill too.

What problem is your product solving and how?

We help digital agencies manage clients, payments, teams, and tasks in one platform. For small to mid-sized agencies this is an all-in-one solution

What’s the #1 thing you’re looking to gain from the AppSumo campaign?

We are mostly looking for some exposure and feedback from a wider community

What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?

As we are already funded, every dollar we make will go towards pushing the product even faster in the market. With the feedback we get, we want to make the product fine-tuned even more

Any details to clarify about the deal?

We have plans to introduce AI in the product. Limits for AI usage will be determined as we go. We will try to be as generous as possible but we won't want risk our structure as well
