Q: 50 emails?

To me, this limit (50 for all tiers) is a deal killer. Who in sales sends 50 emails a month. I get it, you want MRR, but this community isn’t the right target for that. I’d rather have less seats with more emails. Can you explain what I’m missing?

It's the same problem to me. If i use the follow-up system and send 3 mail to a contact, i can only use it for 16 clients. If you could raise the limit, i'm interested :)

Hi, thanks for the reply. I would recommend that you increase the email limits based on tier (500 as top?). 50 emails/responses wouldn’t be enough for most sales people. The majority of prospects don’t reply, so they’ll eat up most of the credits quickly. I’m out for now.

Appreciate the updated limits, but the ROI on this deal is still really bad imo. It’s seemingly, at its core, a google script you’re selling, no? I guess there’s some AI costs for now too. I can’t understand the need to restrict this so much - it’s not a new concept.

for sales annd support i would need significantly more. between active clients and sales this would not come close.... 500 or so seems feasible

Just for completeness, wanted to answer here that we have increased our Tier 2 and Tier 3 with higher email monthly quotas :)
