Amount of workspaces:

Tier 1: 1 workspaces
Tier 2: 2 workspaces
Tier 3: 5 workspaces
Tier 4: 10 workspaces

You are able to already connect all these channels in one organization and manage the knowledge separately.

So what would be the advantage of having workspaces and why would there be any limit or such a low limit on workspaces of the real limit is number of comments and DMs?

Tier 4 with 10 workspaces are too low.

Also when will this feature released?

Please suggest amount of workspaces in each tier that would work for you?

T1: 1 workspace
T2: 5 workspaces
T3: 10 workspaces
T4: 20 workspaces

IMO with this structure, anyone on the fence between a lower or higher tier will purchase the higher one, resulting in more sales for you guys (it will surely incentivize T1 people to buy a T2 instead). If someone is deciding between a T2-T3 or T3-T4, doubling up the workspaces, will convince them opt for the most expensive.

You can connect all your accounts from a single workspace, and get this—within the same workspace you can invite people and give them access to their socials, plus set up a specific prompt for each social.
