Q: Can someone answer why this app has no support?
There isn't even an autoreply when sending an email to support or when using their contact form on their website. I hope AppSumo reads these questions and comments and removes this app from their offerings. Not answering support requests (been over two-weeks for me, still no reply) brings a bad name and diminished trust to AppSumo.
