So far fantastic

Except for a few glitches, I was able to record a few sessions with clients. Awesome software. The best thing I liked is no need for any installation. :-)

Charged me over $200 recently

Bought one of these deals... and then have been charged, I don't know how many times. Just caught the latest charge of $200. Disappointed in this brand... don't even use their software. It's bad.

Promising but ultimately disappointing

The promise of calendar sharing & video conf all in one is nice. There were teething problems with calendar share. The video service itself works well. The screen sharing rarely works. Corporate clients have problems with IE. UX issues with dial-in # "Client: 'But it says NL" (not super clear you can select others, should force selection not default to NL.) Available meetings is broken, my 1hr slot keeps vanishing and I have to keep manually adding. When moving to phone call it sometimes forces all users to do the same (odd and inconsistent.) App doesn't enable me as the organizer to manage or use my call. I'm always out and about and mobile app is critical. Competition all have it. Support was responsive during my refund period. Now I'm going for weeks with no response. There are other issues but those are the main ones that come to mind. I'm going back to uber conf+calendly for my main client interactions.

Just Requested A Refund

This is the first service/software that I wished I could give '0 tacos' to.

As a long time supporter and purchaser, I’m disappointed with this deal. I was unable to use it, as promised by the creator, and there was no contact information for them in the dashboard (or site that I could see).

This was my first regretful purchase and I hope it will be the last.

I had two failed attempts, with clients, trying to use this service and they were forced to download an app to chat with me. When we tried the links to the rooms they were in a separate room than I was and both of us received messages that we were waiting for each other. Weird and unreliable.

I even tested it out and used the client's link on my phone and I entered the same room through the dashboard. I saw that I was in the room and the phone app stated "Please wait. The advisor will join shortly." Who the heck is the "advisor"?

At this rate, 24Sessions will never become real competitors to Zoom or any other established conference software currently on the market.

Thanks but no thanks!
