I really like how easy it is to use. The platform helps me collect video, audio, and text answers from candidates without needing to call or meet them first. It saves me a lot of time and keeps everything organised in one place. Very useful when you have many people to interview. My experience is very good. I use it to help screen people for projects and training, and it makes the process faster and easier. The system is simple to set up, and the candidates also find it easy to use. It helps me choose the right person without stress.

The devs were great, I had requests they developed for me. Product does what it says and I’m very happy with the results in my use case. One of the good guys here!

I’ve tried dozens of tools on AppSumo (and even high-end commercial platforms), but nothing has impressed me like Hirevire.
It works flawlessly, it’s super intuitive, and it does exactly what it promises—making the candidate application process smooth, professional, and fully customizable.
I’m honestly thrilled with the purchase and want to give huge kudos to the team—this is one of the best-designed and most reliable platforms I’ve seen in a long time.

The only thing missing (which would make it completely unbeatable) is the ability to reply to applicants with a video message directly from the platform, like VideoAsk does.
If you ever add that feature, this will be a total game changer.

This is an amazing product, running alongside our ATS. It helps cut the fluff from applications. Easy to use, and easy to deploy. I love the ability to upload a video intro to the page too, nice touch.

Maybe a fully featured ATS down the line to, with job posting, with the inbuilt features already offered, would be a great business model. And I would defo adopt.

All the features I needed were available and well-integrated, making it a seamless experience to collect and manage candidate responses. Honestly, there's nothing negative I can point out. The system is fully functional and performs as expected. I haven’t encountered any bugs or usability issues. It does exactly what it promises.
