Q: I have a few questions: 1.

How do you store our passwords? Where is it stored?
2. Is your company able to see our password?
3. What security features do you have to protect our password?
4. How old is your company?
5. Are you VC funded?
6. How many current paying customers do you have?

Please help us understand why we should trust our passwords with your company when compared to a big company like lastpass.

We use “Zero Knowledge Encryption” meaning that only the Enduser is able to gain access to their vault and we have no way of knowing your master password or obtaining the contents of what is contained in your vault.

Thank you for reaching out! Yes, that is an option, however not the most ideal situation for you. The reason is because you would have to purchase both Tier 4s using separate usernames (email) because 1 username (email) cannot be connected to the same tenant. This means that 10 of your users would be on 1 username (email) and the remaining on another.

Key user facing features in this release:

💙 We’ve made some improvements to the Judy login process!

💙 When logging into Judy, users will now be presented with more descriptive error messages. This will help clarify when there is a login issue related to the email, password or 2FA code entered.

💙 We’ve removed case-sensitivity on the email field when logging into Judy.

💙 Extra whitespaces will automatically be removed from email addresses when logging into Judy.

Various bug fixes and backend improvements:

💙 Update to Judy 2FA code and password reset link expiration

💙Modified how very long category names are displayed in Judy to address display issues.

💙 Improved the ability to search / filter for a password entry by text.

💙 Changed “Username” on the login screen to “Email”
