For email and twitter requests + website widget (no live chat). If you are looking at other channels and live chat, this article may come in handy. Their Customer portal is also in BETA so it is not working yet. SLA policy is only enforceable per Channel and not on a per custom field or category.

However, I find the "subaccounts feature" to be "very confusing". Here is why

Subaccounts feature is where you generate coupons for your clients to signup to Abhisi. You can use your own email to signup on behalf of your client

Custom domain does not appear on 2 codes so I create a new agency under my agency which is really "confusing" and then it creates a multi-level agency that I don't want. So for an explanation here is a sample setup

Master Agency - subdomain.master.com (issued 3 codes)
Sub Agency - helpdesk.domain.com (issued 2 codes)
Actual Client under Sub Agency - helpdesk.domain.com (redeemed 2 codes)

Hope they fix it soon-er, rather than later. Noticed they added surveys, customer portal, and other channels coming soon like instagram, youtube, line, etc.
