Hello, I already have an existing portal with its own user authentication system. I’d like to know if it’s possible to integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) so that my users can automatically log in to your portal using their existing credentials from my system. Is that supported?
I purchased your service, and your software is not working. I noticed that it's very difficult to contact your support team. The help button in the dashboard section in the members area is not working. The chat with support option is also not working. You also do not have a contact us button on your home page. Just wondering if you are supporting this software, and why it's so hard to get assistance from your company? How can I contact your support team? Thanks!
