It's unfortunate, but I had huge expectations when buying a license for this lms. I come from ThriveThemes Apprentice and also used Wishlistmember but I still haven't found what I was looking for.

Academy LMS made a good 1st impression, but after the 1st update I noticed that all my translations had been gone which I created with Loco Translate.
I also haven't found a solution of how to make it compliant with German Online Store Laws and how to integrate legal texts to make it compliant.

This - unfortunately - let to my decision to uninstall it and search for another tool.

I've been using the plugin now for a good couple of months. Ran into issues, they got fixed, now recently ran again into issues and am trying to fix them with support. One thing that I don't really like is that support seems to push back quite a lot on issues that come from the system and ask us, the customers to workaround their faults.

For example I just raised autocomplete lessons doesn't work properly. First they told me that litespeed cache was the issue and that I should disable it. Which I did and still didn't fix it. Then they told me I have to disable one of their features (PHP render) to make it work! That really just completely goes against the point of having a functional LMS if your features don't work properly.

I can't give it currently more than 2 stars as I'm not sure I'll be using it long term. So far I have not had a smooth journey at all.

I've been actively using this product, and overall, I’m quite satisfied. While I did run into some weird bugs and glitches with the Quiz plugin, I reported them to their support team, and they were quick, responsive, and genuinely committed to troubleshooting the issues. That kind of support says a lot about the team behind the product.

I’d call LMS Academy a hidden gem with really good value. I’ll definitely keep using it, and I’m sure that, with time, it will become an even more polished and powerful platform.

It quickly becomes clear that this system isn't ready for serious use. It's confusing, the course editing is bad, the flow is unattractive. Template kits are weak and poorly crafted.

If you're going to create a new LMS plugin, create something that enhances what's already there.

One star for having its own course sales engine (which eliminates the need to install WooCommerce), and another star for having custom blocks specifically for LMSs (although, in my opinion, they shouldn't be included in a plugin with other blocks, but in a LMS-specific plugin with just those blocks).

I've tried several LMS plugins for WordPress, and I have to say, I'm very skeptical about the positive reviews I see here. I hope I'm wrong.

Very powerful, user-friendly, and perfect for building an online learning platform with great design, rich features and support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend
