2. Which subprocessors or 3rd-party service providers do you use & in which countries are data processed &stored?
3. Are any visitor data, website content, or source code transmitted to your servers? If so, what specific data is collected and processed?
4. Do you transfer any data to the United States or other third countries? If yes, what legal safeguards are in place (e.g., SCCs, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework)? Or do you use European servers?
5. Are submitted website contents, source code, or usage data used to train or improve your AI systems? If so, is it possible to opt out of such use?
6. Could you provide information regarding your technical and organizational measures (TOMs) as well as your server hosting locations?
