Q: Seems like a lot of users are looking for better Team/Brand management from the app.
I saw in previous comments you guys had mentioned that you're looking at ways to be more multi-brand/Agency friendly. I posted this comment in another thread and it got buried so I'm just reposting it here.
Ideally there should be a way to create "Teams" in your app. Users get assigned to Teams Members on the Team would only be able to see content/users that they've been assigned to.
From there you could have "Workspaces". This would be a collection of Bubbles/Cards/Signatures/Messages/Pages etc. grouped together. Account owners could then assign Teams to specific Workspaces. Only the Team assigned to the Workspace would see that content.
If you guys manage to incorporate Custom Domains (CNAME), you could do this at the account level. Account owners could add multiple domains and then they could choose to assign them to either individual Bubbles/Cards/Signatures/Messages/Pages etc. or to an entire Workspace. If assigned to a workspace, all items created in the Workspace inherit the domain.
This type of setup would honestly probably handle a multi-brand business (i.e 1 parent organization with some sub-brands), or agency/freelancer managing things for clients much more smoothly.
The Question Scout app handles this well for the most part. They might be a product to reference if/when you decide to build out the Agency/Multi-brand experience, including Custom Domains.
Also, I'm a bit concerned about being mapped to such a low plan. If we stack a 3rd code would you please consider allowing us to map to Pro or Growth. The startup tier makes me uncomfortable for future features sine it's just the base plan.

I am hesitating to buy this deal because just like you and others, the answers aren´t clear and precise on the topic of CNAME custom url, with multibrand and team capabilities.
Even if they consider this option by charging more, but i see that the lack of answers reflects clearly that this company is reluctant to open any options that are valid on this front.
And again, even if they require more stacking or charging for subaccounts and-or team members.
If they hear us, hopefully a clear and defined proposition will be presented so we can make an informed decision as to whether this is just a solopreneur 1 website type of deal, or a real asset for agencies.
