Enjoyed the trial, support hasn't been responsive
I was intrigued by this deal and decided to sign up for the free trial on their site. After the trial ended I purchased the deal but when I tried to sign up using my existing account, there's no option to input the AppSumo code/voucher.
I sent a message to their live chat on Friday, and then tried sending a message on saturday and was prompted with a message that weekend responses may take longer (understandable). The following Monday, live chat is "online" but no response. Also tried messaging their Facebook Messenger (also listed in Live Chat) and no response.
Excited to use it but disappointed in their "online" live chat.
