I made an Accuranker Trial account to test the service and see if it would take care of me, and I realize that it does. However, since I had a Trial account and bought the AppSumo offer, I went to talk with Accuranker support to convert my account (since it was all set up in the Trial account) with the AppSumo code. That's the basics and it's something that all the platforms I've ever bought here offer. A screen to enter the code and activate the lifetime offer. The only thing the clerk was able to say is: "We can not help, you will have to delete this account and create a new one through the official link provided by AppSumo." I told him to talk to the technology team, but he replied in less than a minute: "We can not help, I can delete this account and you create a new one." A horrible and worthless service. I'll do the refund, I'd rather pay for another service and know that they solve my problem.
