I have been looking for a tool that gets me away from adding all my to-dos in my calendar, it was overwhelming, but also the only way I manage to keep things in one place.

ACTI allows me to create "non-urgent" to-do lists straight from my keyboard and access them from my desktop, and if it's urgent, I add it directly to my calendar with one click.

Thank you for not just making "another" app, but for bringing a useful innovation that actually solves the real problem of overwhelm and scattered tools/logins.

Acti’s idea is simple but useful: put AI actions directly into a keyboard, so you can run them while you’re in another app instead of switching to a separate chatbot, copying the result and pasting it somewhere else.

I’ve been trying it for a range of everyday tasks. I used an action to find Aldi special buys in Ireland, generated daily Catalan phrases to save into Apple Notes, and tried it for quick content and motivation ideas. You can also create your own actions for things you do repeatedly—for example, drafting a familiar kind of response or getting information in a specific format.

The biggest benefit for me is the convenience. When an action gives you something useful, you can work with the result right where you need it. Acti also has a wheel for quickly accessing favourite actions, along with features such as dictation and saved clips. Actions are created and refined on a phone or tablet, while the desktop app offers another way to use them.

This is an early hands-on impression, not a full test of every feature. The results can vary, and you may need to adjust an action to get exactly what you want. I also found that some daily language-practice phrases were similar, so there’s room to refine the prompts.

Overall, Acti feels like a promising tool if you regularly use AI for small, repeatable tasks and want to cut down on app-switching. Check the current AppSumo page for the latest pricing, terms and usage limits.

Has good features. The macbook features are good to start with. Waiting for windows app too.
Android keyboard is amazing, fast transcribing as compared to other apps which were bought on appsumo. Waiting for more deveopement from team. AI credits are cherry on the cake, as the tracscription doesnt require any credit consumption, hope it stays that way forever and the developers dont start charging credits for transcription.

I really like the idea of having AI right in my keyboard. I’m often switching between apps to write or fix a message, so being able to do that where I’m already typing makes sense to me.

I’m still exploring the Acts, but I can see myself using them to polish messages, translate, and turn rough thoughts into content ideas.

I’ve been using Acti on the free plan for a while, mainly for voice typing, and it’s become something I use almost every day.

I’m also in their Discord and have chatted with the team a few times, mostly asking questions and sharing feedback. They’ve always been helpful whenever I needed anything.
