I could also use an import for that. I like using the Teamwork Chat app for communication. I don't see that as a feature. Am I missing something?
Also, do I understand that I have to pay $2/month per active user if I want users/staff to be able to enter their time?
I would purchase the 15 seat plan I think.

The Get-Paid bundle is an additional cost for each Owner, Member+, Member, and Client+ role. Regular Client roles do not count as a seat, and they don’t have access to these feature while other users do.
