Q: I currently use Teamwork.

I could also use an import for that. I like using the Teamwork Chat app for communication. I don't see that as a feature. Am I missing something?

Also, do I understand that I have to pay $2/month per active user if I want users/staff to be able to enter their time?

I would purchase the 15 seat plan I think.

As for the pricing, ActiveCollab AppSumo deal has been updated to include Pro features.
Also, you have an option to activate the Get-Paid bundle now comes with 50% discount for Sumo-lings 🌮

The Get-Paid bundle is an additional cost for each Owner, Member+, Member, and Client+ role. Regular Client roles do not count as a seat, and they don’t have access to these feature while other users do.

I forgot to mention - your users can track time without activating the Get Paid Bundle ⏰
The Get Paid Bundle comes with Profitability, Timesheet, Workload, Availability feature, setting Online Payments, QuickBooks and Xero integration, setting time estimations on tasks, invoicing and estimates 💪
The rest of the features are at your disposal without the additional cost 😊
