I can see that the company is from Serbia, i.e. outside the European Union.
This can be a problem with the use of ActiveCollab by EU countries.

This is an ongoing process, and weâre working towards being GDPR compliant.
Thereâs also the list of locations where we store data (Canada and EU), and also which third party services we use to run our business.
Our company is from Serbia, with an office in the US, and our general approach is to store the data in countries with strong privacy legislation.
