ActiveCollab has been on my list of tools to try for a while. Finally, I decided to just give it a try since I was still looking for a good CRM and project management system.
I can say so far: it was worth it! I love the minimalistic design and the many features it provides. The dashboard is clear and intuitive, so the learning curve is very low. I quickly found my way around and thanks to the small tutorial (you can choose to use sample projects) I was able to create my first own project shortly after. Another real plus (or additional taco): ActiveCollab is available in really many, many languages. That's just wonderful! Sure, I'm used to working with English tools, but it gives you a "safer" feeling when you can use it in your native language as well. The mobile app is also a big plus for me. It doesn't have all the features of the desktop app (also available as a program - great!) and is only available in English so far, but if I've interpreted the roadmap correctly, there will be an update soon. I'm excited to see how ActiveCollab integrates into my future workday and so far I'm really glad and happy to have found it.
