Q: Account Reactivated Without Explanation - Automation Triggered
Our account has been activated; however, we still have not received any explanation for the initial suspension despite requesting clarification for the past 10 days.
My concern is: once the account was reactivated, our welcome email sequence was automatically triggered. As a result, users began receiving welcome emails even though they had not re-subscribed.
Could you please clarify what caused this and advise who is responsible for resolving the automation issue?
