Q: Activation of Agency and vTiger CRM integration

Hi,
I sent emails to your support from a couple of our Acumbamail accounts yesterday and the day before, but I haven't gotten a reply yet - one was regarding Agency account activation to both our accounts, and the other was regarding vTiger CRM. I am writing to you here because we see you are more active here than on your support channels. Could you find my email correspondence about these two topics? I'd rather not give you my name and email here, but you can probably figure them out searching in your support inbox.

Also, could you describe how to integrate vTiger CRM (One Pilot Edition) so that everyone here can benefit? I found your one-page document, and I believe it's in Spanish. I struggled to understand the non-English screenshots, and it appears they might be old. I'd appreciate guidance on how to accomplish this integration.

Hi Maria, it's been a week since I last heard from you here. I’m beginning to wonder if LTD buyers are at the bottom of the priority list. Unfortunately, it’s now been around 10 days since I reached out to Acumbamail support through two different accounts, and I still haven't received any response or resolution.
