Q: Delivery Issues in Germany – Urgent Inquiry
Dear Acumbamail Team,
Several users have reported that emails sent via Acumbamail to Telekom/Web.de recipients (31% of the German email market!) are being blocked – despite correct DKIM/DMARC settings. Telekom's Postmaster refers to server reputation issues.
My questions are:
Are you aware of this problem affecting a large number of German users?
Why is it not prioritized (in your roadmap)?
Is it due to sender reputation or lack of cooperation with German ISPs?
Without a solution, Acumbamail appears unreliable in Germany. I kindly request a clear response and outlook for a solution. I hope for your prompt reply and thank you for your time.

Let's see what they say, but the way you present the issue is rather aggressive when you say "Why is it not prioritized (in your roadmap)?". Let them deal with the issue, which maybe they were not aware of, then I imagine it will be added accordingly.

Hello, it was not my intention to be aggressive or unfriendly. English is not my native language, and I am trying to communicate clearly. The issue was already raised on March 3rd by "ttheo." Acumbamail was informed about it, and they told him that this issue is NOT part of the schedule. Therefore, I asked the question of whether this is a real problem in Germany or if it is just an isolated case.
