Overall, the features look good, but I have a few quick questions before I make a purchase.
a. Why Are There So Many Negative Reviews? Is Support Really That Bad?
b. You use your own SMTP for sending emails, but I believe you will require our domain authentication. How will deliverability be? Our domain is compliant with DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
c. Is the placeholder feature supported?
d. Is there an unsubscribe option? If any user unsubscribes, should it reflect in our subscriber list?
e. You are integrated with Google Sheets for updating contacts, am I right?
f. Is an HTML editor available for HTML emails?

b. Our deliverability is one of the best in the market.
