The product seems good, but there are some missing features that I struggle to understand:

-In the list of custom templates it is not possible to modify a template already created, but it must be duplicated.

-You cannot delete a custom template

-It is not possible to send a test email while creating the template

-It is not possible to send a test email while creating an email (you must save and go to the campaign summary)

-It is not possible to export all the email adresses, but only the active ones

-There is no list of email addresses with hard or soft bounces (often there are just syntax errors in the email that can be easily corrected, but if you don't have a list of wrong emails, how do you do it?)

-When importing a file containing emails it is not possible to directly assign a segment.

-i know there is a Zapier and Pabbly integration, do you plan to add Make.com integration (previously Integromat)

All these small measures would speed up workflows a lot and the whole community would be happy. Is there any way I can add these requests somewhere? Do you have a public roadmap with the improvements you are planning to make?
