Q: How do I remove the branding from the confirmation emails?

That's the way that I assumed it would work, but a "thank you for signing up" email went out when a member filled out my list form and it had Acumbamail branding at the bottom. Any thoughts?

I cannot know which one is your Acumbamail account, so please contact our support team so that we can better assist you depending on your account configuration.

Generally speaking, you should take into consideration that this logo you mentioned is automatically added so it cannot be removed. Only in case you have configured a white label, then your whitelabel logo is displayed there instead of the Acumbamail logo.

About the confirmation email and the Acumbamail logo, you shouldn't be afraid of it.

Why this is included for Pro customers too? This is considered an email marketing good practice. This way, the recipient has more information regarding the sender's company, which may help the recipient trust the email (or contact us if they need help with receiving undesired emails). That is the reason why is mandatory.

Additionally, this could be a phishing protection, as this prevents the creator from customizing the email to the point that he may be copying another company's look.
