Q: In your woocommerce plugin, I don't see events of product/cart view, cart abounded.

Will you add this option?

A: Hi Sam!

Thank you for your interest.

Yes, unfortunately, we still don't have an abandoned cart option for our Woocommerce integration, we might consider it in the future, thank you for mentioning it šŸ™Œ.

In the meanwhile, you can use our API (https://acumbamail.com/en/apidoc/) to create an automated email sequence or our Zapier integration (https://en.soporte.acumbamail.com/article/215-zapier).

Here you have the step-by-step guide to set up an abandoned cart sequence using our API:

Step-by-step instructions to set up an abandoned cart email:
You do the API setup using the Add subscriber option: https://acumbamail.com/apidoc/category/Suscriptores/
You go to the list where your buyers are (it should be synchronized with your eCommerce using our API)
On that list, you go to the ā€œFieldsā€ section and create a boolean field, something like: ā€œThey have made a purchase - yes/noā€
Next, on the very same list, you go to ā€œSegmentsā€ and create a segment for buyers yes/no: ā€œThey have purchased a product equal to YESā€
Now, every time a subscriber from your email list abandons a cart, the value will change to NO, that way it can trigger an email workflow. You can use the ā€œUntilā€ module to set up that you don’t send them an abandoned cart email until the rule: they have purchased equals to no applies.

Cheers,
Marina

Hi,
Thank you.
It is not that simple.
You need to install your pixel to know which products the customer viewed and which product are in the customer's cart.
At this moment I don't see you support this option.

Yes, this process requires some coding into your system. We're sorry there's not an alternative at the moment.
