Is Acumbamail actively being developed, including new features?
I haven't seen anything new since I purchased Acumbamail in March 2025. A couple of feature requests I sent to support email a long time ago never bothered to receive a reply, nor implemented, https://acumbamail.com/en/news/ definitely shows a grim picture in 2025.
Can you shed some light into new features coming?

Yes, Acumbamail is very much actively developed and continuously evolving.
Since March 2025 alone, several important improvements and new features have been released, including:
Certified emails
Abandoned cart automation
A redesigned navigation menu and interface updates
Responsive design improvements across the platform
ENS certification (Spain’s National Security Framework)
On top of visible features, a large part of the work happens behind the scenes: infrastructure, performance, and reliability. Thanks to this ongoing investment, Acumbamail has maintained an SLA above 99,98% availability over the last 8 years — a level that many major tech companies (including Amazon, Google, or even WhatsApp) don’t consistently achieve.
Some of these improvements may not be immediately obvious from a user perspective, but they directly impact stability, deliverability, and overall service quality.
