Let me explain what is happening. If you look at the URL, you can see that the “Support” section is hosted in a different subdomain (soporte.acumbamail.com).

The first time you access this domain, you will be automatically redirected to the English version (en.soporte.acumbamail.com) in case the English language is detected in your browser. But, if any other language is found in the browser settings, the default language (Spanish) remains.

Keep in mind that the first language found is remembered. So, if you change your browser language, you will have to clean your browser local storage first, so that the change can be detected.
Also remember that at the bottom right of the page (next to the contact support beacon) there is a language option to easily select the preferred language, in case your preferred language is not automatically loaded.
