Q: Legacy deal owner, no way to upgrade
I bought Acumba when it first came out on AppSumo, so I have a 30K limit. Now it won’t let me buy any other single plan. The upgrade costs $100 and only adds 10K more to the limit… this makes no sense.

You can review the plan you’ve subscribed to. Our available plans are for 20k or 40k subscribers, so the upgrade to the next tier would involve an increase of 20k subscribers. According to Appsumo, you would only need to cover the cost difference between the two plans.
We recommend checking your previous invoice, as it should clearly indicate the plan you originally purchased.
