- Hello, is it possible to change the technical return-path, and how? Currently it's affecting my soft bounces, and I want to do everything I can to reduce them. It's currently set to: sender7.acblnk.com, and I haven't found a way to edit this. We're License Tier 5. Thanks in advance!
- Are we able to easily use exclusion lists to prevent certain users or subscribers from receiving specific emails?
- Our account has been activated; however, we still have not received any explanation for the initial suspension despite requesting clarification for the past 10 days. My concern is: once the account was reactivated, our welcome email sequence was automatically triggered. As a result, users began receiving welcome emails even though they had not re-subscribed. Could you please clarify what caused this and advise who is responsible for resolving the automation issue?
- Hello, If the same email address exists in two different lists (e.g. Subscribers and Users) and I send one campaign to both lists at the same time, will that contact receive the email once or twice? Thank you.
