Q: Unsubscribe question.
Hello, I have a question. I use a SaaS (booking software), and I sometimes export new lists before sending newsletters (not a best practice, but sometimes we must do that). If someone unsubscribes, and I accidentally import their email again, will Acumba remember that they’ve unsubscribed, or is there a chance they could start receiving newsletters again if we don’t manually remove them?

For your piece of mind, unsubscribes are global by default, so if a subscriber has previously unsubscribed in a past campaign, they will retain their unsubscribed status upon import. You can work with this behavior in mind.
