Q: Your two-factor authentication (2FA) is not functioning properly.
When will you address this issue? Although the feature is enabled, our team can log in without being prompted for 2FA, which should be required on every login. We manage huge email lists, and this situation is unacceptable.

Thanks for your question. We understand your concern, but actually, this is not an error—it is programmed to work this way. There are certain checks in place to avoid requiring 2FA every time. Under the same conditions (for example, from the same browser), it will only ask for it once until a certain period of time has passed.

Nope. None of our team have had any 2FA prompts ever and they have used different IP's and devices. Your system does not even prompt them to create the authentication connection for the authentication app. Connection was made only for the main admin and even he was not prompted for the 2FA. I like your platform but you must take this security flaw seriously!
2FA should be asked every time, no matter if it's the same IP or device.
2FA if enabled should work everytime irrespective of your device or browser or IP.
Please address this serious issue asap.
