I like the capabilities of your app. Sadly I am forced to use WordPress with my clients.
1. Please clarify is it possible to build dynamic landing pages with WordPress?
I could not fully understand this topic from your documentation.
This is a very important feature for me.
I don't mind doing some PHP customization.
2. Most of the time I am using multilingual sites. As I understand I'll have to make separate campaigns for every language. Please confirm

SpeedPPC can send in dynamic keywords to your landing page through the URL fine. We do have a DKI plug-in, however, it hasn't been updated for a while so I pulled it for now.
There are a bunch of DKI plug-ins that you could use with SpeedPPC. E.g.
