Q: Hey Jay, you are a godsend! I am literally strating with Google ads (previously only used Facebook) and
Ad Alchemy appears on AppSumo. Your timing couldn't be better. Especially I see you have lots of good training on Google Ads and on the Ad Alchemy platform. Surely a sign from the Universe đ
My question is around service based businesses. How Ad Alchemy can help service based businesses? Which particular features are most useful for service-based businesses? Most ad management and analytics tools I have come across previously on AppSumo were geared towards E-com businesses and a service business was usually an after thought. It would be great to know if you have service-based businesses using your product and what features have you seen being used the most? Also, does Ad Alchemy work with video ads?
Secondly, how are research credits used? What does one credit get us? Does creating an ad consumes credit?
Thanks

Dec 3, 2024A: Hi Jay!
We've got a lot of clients in the service industry using our tool (and have past client exposure ourself). The best use case is the campaign builder and it's flexibility. You can go ultra segmented with SKAGs (e.g. {suburb} + service) or use STAGs and be more consolidated. Our clustering tool will handle that for you.
You can then use the AI ad writing tool, along with "seeds" which will allow you to create hyper segmented, performant ads that appeal to your service business customers.
As for video ads, it's not something we support but you could use the AI ad writer to produce supporting text assets if you're using Google video campaigns or Demand Gen.
For the research credits, the best guide is here - https://help.adalchemy.ai/en/articles/74-how-much-credit-usage-do-the-ai-and-keyword-research-use. Not everything in the tool uses credits, just when we make third party API calls.
Hope that answers your questions Jay!
Thanks Matthew, that's very helpful.
Should put the credits link at the top. The software looks awesome but just needed to know how the credits work before buying. Now I got 1 minute left before the deal expires.
