Yep you sure can. We have a couple of options available that will be released soon. One is doing Dynamic Keyword Insertion for WordPress (as a plug-in).
We also have a super unique thing if you use Cloudflare where you can make any page that runs through Cloudflare to have DKI as well.
Swipe Pages has a great DKI feature as do other site builders.
