Can someone from Ad Alchemy get back to me

I invested in the highest tier, close to $ 1K for Ad Alchemy. I emailed a few months ago to ask questions and also looped in Appsumo support, but no one has replied yet from the Ad Alchemy side. Since it's outside the return window, I would appreciate it if someone from Ad ALchemy would get in touch with me.

Everything is down and no support

It seems everything has been down for the past few days. I also noticed there’s no way to contact support, as none of the pages, not even the help center are accessible. At this point, I’m not even sure if this product still exists and there doesn’t seem to be any way to find out.

Bad experience

UPD after many many e-mails and reminders my account activation issues solved. Now I will try to actually test product and will come back

no help from support for few weeks
1. my account did not activate: It looks like there is already an account for this email address. Please either use an alternative email address, or we can delete the account with this email to activate your plan.
2. I contacted support - no help

Very Disappointed – Feels Like a Scam After Purchase

I purchased the Adalchmey Lifetime Deal on 27th June 2025, excited about the features and promises made. But to my shock, I received a refund without even requesting it. I never cancelled or contacted support for a refund, yet they revoked my access without any explanation.

This feels like cheating. After trusting the platform and making a purchase in good faith, getting kicked out like this is unacceptable. It’s not just unprofessional—it’s unethical.

If this is how they treat paying customers, I seriously cannot recommend Adalchmey to anyone. Be careful before buying—what you pay for might be taken away without reason.

The (no-)quality of customer service is a relevant indicator for measuring (no-)quality and anticipating unpleasant surprises.

I already registered once but couldn't log in. I contacted support but got no response after several reminders. I requested a refund.

I saw the deal again and the good ratings. I ordered again. Same problem. I sent several direct messages to the email address they provided. I wrote to the appsumo website. Silence!!!!
Apparently, I'm not the only one in this situation. Someone asked us to write to the website directly, but no one responded.

The question is: What about a company that isn't capable of treating customer service with respect, or simply treating its customer service?

Is it just an opportunistic app that works today and will play dead, silently, tomorrow when something stops working?

Appsumo, you should pay more attention to how the companies whose deals you accept are capable of treating your customers. Because I assure you that beyond the frustration generated by their silence, it undermines the trust we have in appsumo and its ability to select deals and companies.

I still have time before the end of the refund period.
We'll see if I receive a miraculous response from this company to one of my many reminders. That being said, how much time will I have left to test it?
