Q: It seems at first glance that this is more for "teams" and less for unknown people.

I'm currently looking for a product to help me with the onboarding of total strangers and note taking. This seems to drive the prospect into the creation of an account or something along those lines within Adam.ai I think? So I can't use it within current SOP.

If it can't be included in the application, you can develop integrations for meeting organizers. Email and App notifications are not as good as sms against no meeting preparation and appointment no-shows. What date is SMS integration on your roadmap?

When will CNAME be available, and will it be included as part of the AppSumo Plan? 2. Can the emails be customized, and be sent from email@mydomain.com? 3.
