Q: It seems at first glance that this is more for "teams" and less for unknown people.

I'm currently looking for a product to help me with the onboarding of total strangers and note taking. This seems to drive the prospect into the creation of an account or something along those lines within Adam.ai I think? So I can't use it within current SOP.

This is 2020. When it comes to meeting applications and there's no SMS reminder, that's a huge flaw. Twillio is easy to integrate and develop integrations for all application. If it can't be included in the application, you can develop integrations for meeting organizers. Email and App notifications are not as good as sms against no meeting preparation and appointment no-shows. What date is SMS integration on your roadmap?

When will CNAME be available, and will it be included as part of the AppSumo Plan? 2. Can the emails be customized, and be sent from [email protected]? 3. Earlier, you mentioned guests upgrade functionality - ability to assign actions to guests, etc (short of them managing the project and integrations).
