I know this because I'm managing 3 Google Ads accounts and each of them are actively advertising, yet Google results on the adtransparency is totally incorrect. If your system is using that as a database of queries, then I can certainly see why the reviewer gave you 1 star.
Can you explain how you're querying the results? As mentioned, I'm actively managing three (3) Google Ads account and using https://adstransparency.google.com gave zero (0) results.

We use google SERPs to fetch the results.
