- I signed up the first time with a 75 % Discount on the regular monthly subscription price, before this appsumo deal was announced. I wanted to support these guys. But the creditcard payment was not working. After 2 days the complete Account was deleted and I was informed, that they will reset all accounts and start from 0.
- During these two days there was a major security flaw. I reported it to the support. After that, the system was suddenly several hours offline. Then the security hole was closed. I heard nothing from the support about it. Not even a thank you.
- Then the appsumo deal appeared. I thought, I give it a 2nd chance. But over several days the app was not working properly. I was not able to generate a prober advert.
- The functionality is very limited. There are less formats. The generated Social Media Ads look always the same. I don't understand, what this has to do with AI. There are some graphic templates with placeholder for Logo, Colors, Images. For me this is a prototype. I don't understand why it was released now.
- I also got an E-Mail that when I signup with their link i get higher CPU Allowance. I don't like this shady philosophy, that regular Appsumo Users are on a low tier and someone in the background regulates the cpu and u wonder why things are slow.
- I refunded. I'm very disappointed from the way this product was released.
