Adilo offered me to continue hosting my videos for more than 2700 USD -- per year, starting January 2027. Until then they charged me automatically $432.62.
Now I told them to cancel the subscription in January, and what did they do? They charged me additional $1,132.71 to keep my videos online until then.
What steps should I take to dispute these charges and request a refund?

Have you had any response about this? I just realized my lifetime account was not working when I went to upload new media. I got a message from adilo saying lifetime accounts only get 50GB of storage moving forward but I can keep what I have uploaded but will have to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue uploading new stuff.
