I paid $229 for Adilo License Tier 3 on September 15, 2023. It was explicitly sold as lifetime access, and my Adilo dashboard still says “$229 / lifetime” and “Renews on: Never.”

Now BigCommand is forcing lifetime customers to subscribe again or have their accounts restricted.

I have already spent several working days migrating 91 GB of videos and replacing every Adilo embed across my websites and private course areas.

This is not buyer’s remorse or a normal price increase. The core promise of the deal sold through AppSumo is no longer being honoured.

Will AppSumo issue a full refund, or will it once again redirect customers to the vendor and offer 10 dollars to buy on appsumo credit?

AppSumo and BigCommand should decide between themselves who refunds the $229. Customers should not be passed back and forth.
