I spent over $300 on a service that promised to be 'lifetime,' yet they don't even deliver the bare minimum anymore.

From now on, AppSumo needs to clarify: 'Lifetime access... as long as the vendor feels like it.' Adilo bears the responsibility for the service, but I paid AppSumo—and just like me, so did hundreds or thousands of others.

I wish the team the best personally, but professionally, you have a lot of room for improvement. Based on this experience, I no longer trust any product sold under these promises.

A total letdown.

I have bought 5 x Tier5 deal of Adilo from Appsumo. The previous deals were bought almost 2 years ago. I can say this company is solid. The support is awesome. You get immediate reply 24x7.

The features are just simply very generous. I just wish for more bandwidth allowances, but the unlimited storage made up for it.

They also have another Audio product which I like. I hope that will make into Appsumo also.

I got the Tier 4 the previous time they were on appsumo may 2023, so I have been using it for a few months. I use it to make videos that are only link accessible and initially I was a little confused how to do it but it really did not take long to figure it out. I can even add the option to allow downloads to the video which is really nice. I love too how the player can be customized. I do not use the channel since I do not really need to. I have a decent amount of videos and have not had any issues with them playing or anything like that. Really helped elevate my business and I am so grateful I found this gem of a deal.

I only contacted support once, they replied but it took a while to get to the core of the issue. They are very nice and the product is great so I would recommend it. The only issue I have found is I can not load imovie videos directly from my phone but with technology these days its honestly easier for me to just use my laptop anyways. Looking forward to seeing Adilo grow.

I sent the support team an email request and had my issue resolved within 20 minutes. Much appreciated and a good sign of things to come....

My video channels on my blog powered by Adilo and It’s working great!

But, despite submitting many support tickets, the developers haven't resolved some minor bugs.
Additionally, I haven’t noticed any improvements in the product for the past two years.
