I loved it, until I found that I cant use my credits to create video but should purchase extra packs at 25 USD per video, which is a ridiculous for a 15 sec video

I would like an answer to this when i have a tier 3 plan and cant use credits for anything that images (which is also overpriced)

Now, I read that you are updating your credit system which is good but for now I wont use it for creating ad creatives (which is really good by the way) with the exception of edits to an image

Using it for managing campaigns, but making creatives outside the system seems to be the only way forward until you get a handle on credits and BYOK

So could you explain what your plans are for the credit system ?
