Product required a high minimum spend, seemed to take my money before ever spending on Google Ads with no visibility on where it's going or how much is left. The analytics were lacking. Very disappointing overall. I've switched back to using just plain old Google Ads, even though I don't really know what I'm doing. Somehow, that's more cost effective than using this software.
I have not got any results and track seems to be fake bots and budget is not being spent on FB accts and Google I should have been more cautious with this before purchase
I really wanted to like Adline, but I can't recommend it to anyone in it's current state. It is very buggy, and I have had multiple issues with it working only about half the time. I tried Marko Polo before Adline, and had similar issues but worse, hence switching to Adline. Sometimes it takes support quite some time to get back to you, only to respond with something not even remotely helpful, or it's clear they did not read your support request clearly. The most recent issue I've had include, entering a complete google responsive display ad 5 times, in two different browsers and then clicking save only to have absolutely nothing happen. Even after clearing cache, close re-open, restarting computer, nothing changed. I reached out to support, and they act like they have no clue about issues with their software, but will escalate it. I don't hear anything back from them, and decide to go back and try it and it finally saves, and tell's me it's active and running Yay! Then go back in 24 hours or so later to check the status and the ad never ran. No error messages, and even after combing through the ad, finding nothing wrong. Now they say there is an issue with one of the photos being pixelated, which does not show anything on my end, and I used the same photos in the same format in other ads? This was a holiday ad that I was only running for a few days, and after fooling with it so much it was no longer feasible to run the ad because the holidays are over. This is just one of many issues I have had unfortunately and I did not catch it in time to refund, other wise I probably would. When you can get it to work, it seems to work fine, but I should not have to try multiple times, and almost every time I go to use it, I end up having to contact support for some issue. Sorry, but 2 tacos for me. I am stuck with the software for now, but if it improves, I will certainly come back and update my review.

Hi egivens369,
Thank you for a very informative review and for the insightful feedback!
I am very sorry to hear about your experience, and I wish we could've avoided this.
Firstly, we've stepped up our support game, and onboarded and trained a new team member recently (right before Christmas) – and I believe you will experience a quicker response going forward!
The fact you can track button clicks is genius and really helpful when working out the cost-effectiveness of campaigns. It's also really easy to use, quick to set up and a great tool overall.
I didnt get reply in 24 hours and having trouble with sub account
I bought Tier-3 a while ago, and I just want to try adline. I am having trouble with my subaccount. It requires subscription and nobody answer to my support ticket in 24 hours. My subaccount requires subscription to use and I am worried about extra payment.
