Non-Freelancer Review

A few notes before I begin:
-I am using this in-house for my own companies and not as a Freelancer.
-I have only used it on Facebook thus far.
-I have not made use of support as yet (which can be a good thing considering how easy it is to use).
-I have purchased two licenses for a 10k spend per month.
-This is my first review ever on AppSumo.

After avoiding the deal after the reviews debacle I decided to give it a crack. I am not a Freelancer so this tool is used in-house for one of our companies.

Interface:
In terms of interface its simple to use. There are a few issues with the previews when uploading creatives. I uploaded some images, and it looked fine in their previews, but when it showed up on Facebook, the image was cut off, an obvious issue with resolution. There is a simple graphical interface which is showing me day by day how well the ad is performing. You can select a graph based on impressions, CPC, reach, results, best results by age, gender, location and AdAnalyzer analysis (this appears to be information based on the reactions to your ad based on colour, images, keywords and gender). This is a very simplistic and easy to understand interface as opposed to Business Manager which can be daunting at times. It was very easy to use from the get-go, I am fairly experienced with Facebook, so these are relatively minor issues. Some Facebook options appear to be missing, such as conversion, store visits etc. I am only using the traffic option at this stage.

Testing:
To test the platform, I have created two campaigns with high-quality customer data, and I have set it up against ad's which have an extensive history, using the same text and similar stock photos. Generally, my campaigns come at a CPC of about 40-60c (USD) and a lead cost of about $3-$5. So far (3 Days) the CPC is on par with those existing ad's, but I understand I require 3-10 days to see the full effect of the AI of this platform. The initial CPC started at about 0.60c on day 1. By day 2 this increased to 0.75c. By day 3 it dropped to 0.50c. These are all marginal but the outlook seems very good. The data used for audiences were captured from Mailchimp lookalike data bracketed from 3%, 3-5% and 5-10% (these are seriously interested leads). I'll post more updates about this if the deal is still around.

Support:
I haven't used it at this stage.

Summary:
I think the initial release of this on AppSumo was a bit of a disaster. The fake reviews put me off like many others. I gave this platform a chance because the claims are amazingly tempting (52% cost savings) and I'm a huge fanboy of AI and automation, so the inner geek in me convinced me to give it a go. Better guidance on creatives and how they look online would be great as the final output online (mobile & desktop) are very different from the previews. Only time will tell how good the results will be in the long term. I'm happy with the system so far, and I'd recommend people try it.
