I have to admit I’m a little technically challenged, so I had a learning curve figuring out how to navigate the account vs customer dashboard....but staff was quick to answer my chat. Documentation on installing the WP plugin was straightforward, and I got a page launched exactly as my client requested. Major win in my book.
Expect a little trial and error. As another reviewer mentioned the interface is still a little rough. But once the agency and customer accounts are set up it was easy to use. Lots of templates. Love the stock image search feature. Client was happy. Can’t wait to build more pages!
Spent an hour or so building a page. Saved it and then came back. All the text reverted to the default text. Tried it again, same issue. No help, no support and no fun.

Okay, I literally own like 150 domains. this isn't my first rodeo. I've managed to point my DNS to bookmark, host gator, go daddy, simvoly, many other app sumo deal sites over the past 20 years (not exaggerating) and this is the hardest. For 3 days, I've been back and forth with the "overnight" chat support to figure out what's needed and my response are "No, it's still wrong" and this is what I got this morning: "No, because you want to connect the entire domain, both root and "www." Right now, only "admin." is connected."
SO WHAT DO I DO TO FIX IT?????
I've provided screen shots of how my DNS is set up at the name server and new "requirements" keep being thrown at me with no direction. I saw the warnings about bad support but I had no idea their "Simple to add a domain name" as an outright lie.
Ugh.
I want this to work and my page looks great...but I can't send anyone to it. I only have patience for another 1-2 days of trying before I give up and go with one of the other website builder products here and just move on. I might keep this for funnels and just use stealth redirects or vanity URLS...because this is a freakin' nightmare.
